...can't_z_me would've been better off pulling off the road and just letting a seemingly stupid driver just go on by. He wasn't forced to slow down like that. All the same, knowing that (at least the people I know, myself included) when someone tailgates you and does that shit, you usually slow right down to piss them off, there's a stretch that he could get it dropped due to entrapment. Keep us updated on how it goes, and if possible, when it's over and assuming you win, give us the case # and state so we can use it in our own defense if need be:)
